The report also highlights the role of micro-credentials in responding to labour-market needs, fostering flexible learning pathways, and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Sustainability Mission Lab
The Sustainability Mission Lab is a flexible learning toolkit comprising 22 practical educational scenarios that connect the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with emotional intelligence. The missions engage participants in real-life situations and challenges, encouraging them to explore different perspectives, reflect on their emotions and choices, and develop competences such as empathy, communication, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. The toolkit is designed for use in formal and non-formal education and can be adapted to different groups, learning environments, educational goals, and available resources. It supports facilitators in creating meaningful learning journeys that move from awareness and reflection towards interaction, responsible decision-making, and action, helping participants recognise their potential as agents of change.
